Kevin Romney - CEO
Mr. Romney attended the Brigham Young University business school and is the visionary
of WorkGiant. Realizing there was no way to beat the top 3 employment sites at their
own game, Kevin created a revolutionary new employment site model from scratch and
launched it into existence as WorkGiant.com.
Kevin has 14 years experience in the employment recruitment industry as President
of Keystone Executive Services, Inc. (a technical recruiting company) and as President
of AmericanJobs.com (One of the top online employment sites from 1994 to 2004)

Chris Whitaker - President
A University of Kansas alumnus, Mr. Whitaker is currently the CEO of a leading hurricane
shutter manufacturing company. He is also the President of a corporation that operates
two of the most successful restaurants in southwest Florida. His companies combined
gross sales in 2005 were over 20 million dollars.
A true visionary, Chris also helped assembled a team of successful business associates
who created and nurtured to maturity a company that is now being traded on the NASDAQ
stock exchange. His vision is the same for WorkGiant and he firmly believes that
performance based recruiting is the future.

Carl Barba - CFO
Mr. Barba is a Hobart College graduate and has a Masters in accounting from Binghamton
University. Mr. Barba is an experienced business leader and hands-on senior executive
with record of success in reducing corporate financial risks for such Blue Chip
companies as Welch Foods and Bausch & Lomb. He scrutinized problems and designed
creative solutions that positively impacted the bottom line.
Mr. Barba’s experience includes:
* Executive Director and CFO, Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP (NMF), Managed $45M expense
budget and 175 employees for this $70M law firm, directed all non-attorney functions,
oversaw banking relationship and handled entire risk management function. Barba
also negotiated office lease and borrowing arrangements, supervised accounting,
credit, marketing, library, human resources, IT and operations. He collaborated
with executive committee to develop strategic plan, and subsequent support processes.
* CFO and V.P Finance of Welch Foods, Inc. a $300M consumer products manufacturer.
Barba prepared SEC reporting, including annual registration statement for newly
issued securities. He participated in the creation of strategic plans, implemented
new financial system including general ledger, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, billing and
cost accounting. He prepared data to evaluate profitability, which led to a 33%
reduction in units for sale while profits increased 20%. He created and presented
financial reports to board of directors and parent corporation.
* CFO and Vice President of Finance & Administration, Scandia Trading Co. Barba
oversaw a $25M budget and 200 employees for this $35M apparel design, wholesaler,
and retailer. He managed all financial and administrative functions, supervised
retail outlet division which sold overstocks from other divisions, along with items
targeted for retail. He directed accounting, customer service, credit and collection,
IT, finance, human resources, warehousing, and shipping and handled all risk management.
Mr. Barba is a CPA in New York and the past president of the Association of Legal
Administrators

Scott Turner - CMO
Scott Turner attended the University of Central Florida where he studied business
and finance. As Chief Marketing Officer of WorkGiant he continues to ensure that
the company is on the cutting edge of meeting the needs of employers, job seekers
and affiliate partners.
Before joining WorkGiant Scott was COO and co owner of a manufacturing company that
is a tier one supplier of large complex systems for power generating plants where
here he managed growth of sales from 6 million to 36 million in fewer than 18 months.
He streamlined operations and directed the ISO-9001 and Six Sigma quality programs.
He holds a Six Sigma black belt which delivered $800,000 in document cash savings
the first year of the program. His company was the recipient of the William C. Schwartz
Innovation In Industry Award.
Scott is an expert in direct marketing, sales force automation, quality systems
and internet employment website. He has a passion for developing efficient and effective
business solutions that drive cost out while solving real life business issues.

Mel Barrett - Senior VP Operations
Mel is a Southern Oregon University Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Computer
Science. His most previous endeavors include 3 other start-up companies.
As an early employee and Director of Operations/Affiliate Relations of MIVA, formerly
known as FindWhat.com, Mel was again in charge of building teams and preparing for
massive growth. By the time of his departure, Miva had grown to over 500 employees
world wide reaching 3 separate continents consisting of 16 offices in 9 different
countries, including 8 languages and 7 currencies. Its extension involved over 100,000
global business relations and over 200 affiliate partners and had exceeded 350 million
searches per day. During this time the stock rose from well under $1 to above $27;
as well as, witnessing annual company revenue growth that reached to over $168 million.
NASDAQ: FWHT, now MIVA
As the first employee, and later appointed General Manager of Hy-Tech Wholesale
Inc., he oversaw and maintained the expansion of the company to include 19 separate
satellite store locations throughout the United States, as well as reaching $34
million in annual sales. NASDAQ: HYTT
As the second employee and Director of Operations with Win Systems, manufacturing
grew from 15 to over 200 personal computers per month, inside of a 6 month period.
Maintaining the growth was done through impeccable hiring and team building. NASDAQ:

Dawn Forbes - Director of Client Relations
Dawn graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in English, Creative
Writing. She entered the Internet industry with the beginnings of MIVA, formerly
known as FindWhat.com, in 2000, a Pay For Performance Marketing Company. She joined
as a Customer Service Rep for the Advertising side of the business and quickly became
Manager and Team Trainer for three and a half years. Dawn then moved to the Affiliate
Relations Department where she learned the other side of the business, which was
Traffic and Partner Relations, in which she continued to gain internet traffic knowledge
for another 2 and a half years. The excitement of being a part of the beginnings
of another performance based company swayed her to make the switch to WorkGiant
where the potential of a great future is more than anything she could have ever
imagined before.

E.J. Osis - Senior Software Developer
E.J. most recently ran his own company called Osis Technologies. Key projects included,
creating the website Red Wings World Version 3, which was a complete rewrite of
an existing fan website and database. He did the original coding for LTGI’s Applicant
Central and a write of LTGI’s Report Card system. E.J. wrote a Secure Interface
for Credit Unions to communicate personal credit checks with Credit Bureaus via
xml and https. He also rewrote the website Poof-Slinky.com.
Prior to running his own company, E.J. was part of the MICA Networks team operating
and maintaining an ISP network containing over 80 businesses T1, DSL and DS3 connections.
He set a 17 mile wireless bridge network and setup satellite Internet Access.
As a past employee of Monitor Software he created custom web applications to integrate
with an existing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System. One application was
used for web orders and one also created work orders on the factory floor (Direct
Glass).
E.J. also helped write the original code for the Miva, formerly known as FindWhat.com,
search engine.

Lon Lentz - Senior Developer
Lon is a graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
His most recent endevaour was spent with Miva, (formerly FindWhat.com).
In the 3 years he was at MIVA, just prior to WorkGiant, Lon provided application
development including fast prototyping and concept proofing, spent a year and a
half as the sole Account Manager API developer, interfacing directly with external
bid managers and other 3rd party users, and spent a little over a year as a Production
Engineer helping to manage almost 1000 servers located around the world. He was
also responsible for maintaining MIVA’s $8.5 million FAST search application deployment,
installed on over 250 servers deployed amongst 5 data centers on 2 continents. NASDAQ:
FWHT, now MIVA.
At Proof-it-Online.com he performed a fundamental core update on the initial application
code greatly enhancing supportability and performance and went on to add greater
functionality.
At Alvion Technologies (formerly Getlists.com, a tech spinoff of Accudata America)
he spent 2 years doing application development of its ListKey application, an online,
automated count and order system for the mass marketing industry. Several new projects
were written or managed by him and performed by outsourced developers including
an offsite, hostable front end that allowed affiliates to host a count and order
system on their own site with ListKey performing all of the back end work.

Larry Bradshaw - Sales Director
Larry Bradshaw joins the WorkGiant team as National Sales Director. Larry has an
extensive background in the direct sales industry and an impressive history of building
successful sales teams.
Prior to WorkGiant, Larry was a crucial member of a large direct marketing company
where he achieved top level status within four months of joining the company. Prior
to that, Larry served for 13 years as store manager of one of the largest major
retail drug stores, where the store maintained average yearly revenue of $14 million.
Mr. Bradshaw attended the Bob Jones University.

Michael Richards - Senior Web Developer
Mr. Richards attended Florida Gulf Coast University’s Center for Technology Education
and has over 10 years experience in web development and graphic design. He has been
a graphic designer, a web developer and a network administrator.
Michael has run many websites and a few small businesses including the popular motocycle
enthusiast site, boldbikes.com. He has been involved in several cutting-edge technology
companies. Most recently, he was the Team Leader of MIVA's Affiliate Optimization
program to help enhance click-through activity to affiliate websites that resulted
in increased revenue for the company and better results for their product advertisers.

Jodi Maher - Director of Marketing and Communications
Jodi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University
and joins WorkGiant as Director of Marketing & Communications. Prior to WorkGiant,
she was part of the global marketing team at MIVA, formerly known as FindWhat.com,
an independent online advertising network, for almost five years. At MIVA, she was
responsible for all corporate events and managed the company attendance and display
at the largest Internet Expos in the US and played a key role in the marketing strategies
of the company.
Jodi also won several state-level ADDY awards in 2006 for various MIVA promotions.
Jodi is also actively involved in the Lee County chapters of the Junior League,
United Way and American Cancer Society and often chairs event committees involved
with the organizations.
